Senior Team Lead - Air & Sea Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Handling and monitoring the team.
• Ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the yard by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of materials and supplies needed for yard operations.
• Managing yard logistics, including organizing storage and space utilization of materials and goods.
• Keeping accurate records and documentation of yard activities, including inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Weekend and holidays planning and ensuring team availability.
• Sending the daily activities report to manager.
• Monitoring general yard maintenance.
• Conducting weekly meeting to evaluate the performance of department.
• Updating daily reports related to operation.
• Managing the inspections of equipment for operating deficiencies and carrying out repairs.
• Ensuring that the team does the proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Ensuring that the team follows the safety rules and regulations.
• Managing total task in hand, completion date and work under progress.
• Performing any other tasks that may be assigned by the manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.
  
  
  

Qualifications & Characteristics:

Education – Bachelor degree

Work Experience – 5 years of experience in managing open yard facilities

Specific Skills –

• Bilingual is preferable
