Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in recruitment, specifically in physician recruitment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry staffing requirements and challenges.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.
