Responsibilities

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Provide expert guidance on technical standards and engineering principles.
• Conduct detailed structural analysis and design of various structures.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations at all times.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and support their professional growth.
• Prepare and present detailed technical reports and documentation.
• Analyze and evaluate complex engineering problems to devise effective solutions.
• Oversee the preparation of construction drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Perform site inspections to assess construction progress and quality.
• Adapt designs to suit changing conditions and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering roles.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and design tools is essential.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide project teams.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly preferred and advantageous.
