Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Storekeeper to join our dynamic team at 23J25. As a Senior Storekeeper, you will be entrusted with overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient stock control and inventory management. You will play a critical role in the coordination and supervision of staff, optimizing workflow, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment to enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the smooth execution of our store operations and the satisfaction of our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily store operations and inventory control processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of stock levels and transactions.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of store personnel and junior staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize store efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant safety regulations.
  • Monitor and report on inventory discrepancies and follow up with appropriate actions.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure stock accuracy and quality management.
  • Maintain effective communication with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Assist in the training and development programs for new store staff.
  • Prepare and deliver reports regarding inventory levels and store performance.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • Experience with inventory management software and ERP systems is desirable.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and storage guidelines in retail.
