We are seeking a highly experienced and culturally attuned Senior Stakeholder Interface Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing stakeholder relationships, securing permits, and ensuring seamless coordination with authorities and the community. This role is integral to the success of the project and requires a deep understanding of the local regulatory environment and cultural context.
Your role
Lead and manage all stakeholder engagement activities, including coordination with government authorities, community representatives, and other key stakeholders.
Serve as the primary liaison for permit acquisition, access approvals, and regulatory compliance.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between the project team and external stakeholders.
Ensure timely resolution of stakeholder issues and concerns to avoid project delays.
Support the Package Team in aligning project activities with stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements.
Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions, commitments, and approvals.
Represent the project in public forums, community meetings, and authority briefings as needed.
About You
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience.
Knowledge of the policies and procedure in Abu Dhabi.
Experience in residential, hospitality or mixed use projects.
Bachelors in Engineering or related field.
Preferred Attributes
