Job Description

The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition, serves as a key member of our human resources team, playing a critical role in aligning our hiring practices with the strategic goals of the organization. This position requires an individual with extensive recruiting experience and a deep understanding of talent management practices. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ability to drive sourcing strategies, implement recruitment processes, and build and manage a robust candidate pipeline. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the organization attracts top talent and maintains a competitive advantage in the market. The Senior Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, providing guidance and expertise to meet staffing needs efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic recruiting plans and sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with managers to understand the hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Conduct regular meetings with hiring managers to review staffing performance.
  • Identify and evaluate the most effective recruiting channels and platforms.
  • Lead the full cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Manage job postings and advertisements across various job boards and platforms.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an exemplary candidate experience through exceptional communication and support.
  • Use data-driven techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
  • Develop relationships with professional organizations and educational institutions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior talent acquisition team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing recruiting strategies effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, sourcing techniques, and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
