The opportunity

A senior specialist - reporting and insights, with previous exposure to GPU/Cloud deployments, data centre construction, or other digital and technology capital delivery projects and portfolios. The role will require the individual to own the reporting and insights for the Project Management Office (PMO) in the delivery of Greenfield GPU projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Own the reporting frameworks, implementing standardised reporting structures, templates and tools aligned to PMO and organisational standards.
• Establish data standards, setting clear definitions, metrics, KPIs, and data quality rules to ensure consistency and comparability across programmes and projects.
• Set-up and optimise reporting systems, dashboards, and data flows.
• Produce timely portfolio reporting and insights for senior leadership and steering committees.
• Define reporting cadence and governance ensuring reporting inputs are gathered in a timely fashion.
• Automate data collection, validation, and consolidation where possible.
• Implement checking procedure to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of reported information.
• Provide guidance, documentation, and training to PMO teams on reporting standards and processes.
• Enable real-time/near-real-time visibility using BI dashboards and other reporting tools to minimise manual effort.
• Support benefits tracking and post-implementation reviews; connect delivery metrics to outcomes
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant Experience: direct experience in PMO reporting, ideally with hands-on involvement in delivering portfolio reporting and insights with at least 2 years of data centre and/or GPU experience seen as highly preferable.
• Technical Knowledge: reporting requirements, templates, tools and structures to ensure continuous improvement in project and portfolio reporting
• Detail Orientation: Strong focus on accuracy and precision with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate reporting
• Tech & Innovation Enthusiasm: Genuine interest in technology and innovation, with a commitment to adopting the latest technology for efficient reporting.

• Required skills / qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Project and Portfolio reporting
• Degree of equivalent experience
• Power BI expertise and experience
• Professional skills: analytical thinking, problem solving, time management, detail orientation, proactive approach, and collaboration in dynamic environment
• Preferred skills / qualifications
• Domain exposure (preferred): data centre builds, cloud/GPU infrastructure programs, or digital/technology capital delivery, with familiarity of dependencies across facilities, networks, and compute
• Certifications (preferred): Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL‑300); project management certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM)
