Job Description

• Lead end-to-end R&D initiatives tied to infrastructure priorities
• Shape and execute innovation strategies with senior leadership
• Integrate emerging technologies into live and future projects
• Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Oversee delivery, quality, timelines, and resource allocation
• Provide technical insight on trends, data, and methodologies
• Deliver concise reporting and recommendations to leadership
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• UAE National with strong English proficiency.
• 6+ years' experience in R&D, innovation, or similar
• Background in engineering, AI, research, or related field
• Proven track record delivering complex research initiatives
• Understanding of Abu Dhabi infrastructure landscape
• Ability to operate across strategy, delivery, and stakeholder engagement
