Senior Specialist - Idea Management is responsible for overseeing and driving the ideation and innovation processes within the organization. The primary goal will be to foster a culture of creativity and to identify, evaluate, and implement innovative ideas that align with the companys strategic objectives.

collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage innovation projects, and ensure the successful development and execution of new initiatives.

Responsibilities

Ideation Management:

  • Develop and implement processes and frameworks to encourage and capture innovative ideas from employees, customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and other creative sessions to generate new ideas and solutions.
  • Evaluate and prioritize ideas based on their feasibility, potential impact, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Initiate IBTIKAR Campaigns
  • Participate with potential winning ideas in Awards functions

Innovation Strategy:

  • Collaborate with senior management to define and refine the organizations innovation strategy.
  • Identify emerging trends and technologies that have the potential to drive innovation and business growth.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about the industry landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Update the related innovation and Ibtikar committees with important information.

Project Management:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and implementation of innovation projects.
  • Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables, and ensure they are achieved within the specified timelines and budget.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage and communicate with internal stakeholders at various levels to gather feedback, address concerns, and gain support for innovation initiatives.
  • Initiate brainstorming sessions designed for related clusters/Units.

Performance Tracking and Evaluation:

  • Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of innovation initiatives.
  • Regularly assess and evaluate the outcomes of implemented ideas, projects, and programs.
  • Use data and insights to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, innovation management, entrepreneurship, or equivalent experience in related field
