The Senior Specialist – HR is a crucial role within our HR department, responsible for overseeing and optimizing our human resources processes and ensuring alignment with company goals. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong understanding of HR principles and best practices, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. As a Senior Specialist, you will focus on employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives and goals.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across all departments.
  • Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify, develop, and retain top talent within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
  • Design and facilitate training programs to enhance employees' skills and career development.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Support performance management processes to align with company-wide objectives.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace environment.
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors to support HR functions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to promote an ethical work culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in human resources roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills within diverse work environments.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement and talent management strategies.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications is required.
