The Senior Specialist – HR plays a crucial role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities

  • Act as a consultant to management on HR-related issues and initiatives.
  • Champion company culture initiatives to reinforce positive work environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in HR roles with increasing responsibility.
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage professionally at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies effectively.
  • Experience with HR software systems and data management techniques preferred.
  • Certification such as SHRM or PHR is highly desirable.
