Job Description

The Senior Specialist – HR is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for driving HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals. This experienced professional will act as an integral partner to the leadership team, providing expert guidance on complex HR issues and policies. The Senior HR Specialist will oversee talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits programs. This role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices and the ability to foster a positive work environment that encourages professional development and enhances employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in implementing successful HR projects.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in human resources management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices within the industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with employees.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple HR projects and deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Experience with HR software and tools to facilitate effective human capital management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
