Senior Specialist Consultant - Breast Surgeon- Government Facility UAE

We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist / Consultant Breast Surgeon to join a reputed government healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the diagnosis, surgical treatment, and comprehensive management of breast diseases, including breast cancer and benign breast conditions.

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with benign and malignant breast diseases.
• Perform breast surgical procedures, including breast-conserving surgery and mastectomy, as appropriate to clinical expertise.
• Evaluate breast imaging, biopsy findings, and pathology reports to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive multidisciplinary care.
• Provide preoperative and postoperative patient management and follow-up.
• Counsel patients on diagnosis, treatment options, surgical outcomes, and recovery.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board meetings and clinical case discussions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with established clinical protocols and patient safety standards.

• Recognized medical degree with relevant postgraduate qualifications in General Surgery and specialized training or qualifications in Breast Surgery.
• Relevant clinical experience at Senior Specialist or Consultant level.
• Demonstrated expertise in breast surgery and the management of benign and malignant breast conditions.
• Experience in multidisciplinary breast cancer management and evidence-based surgical practices.
• Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and patient-care skills.
• Candidates with UK CCT, Western qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, or German Board certifications are encouraged to apply.
