Job Description

The Senior Specialist Client Enablement at Abu Dhabi Food Hub, part of AD Ports Group's Economic Cities & Free Zones Cluster, plays a critical supporting role in the seamless onboarding and enablement of tenants. Working closely with the Client Enablement Manager, this position ensures that new and existing tenants are rapidly and efficiently transitioned from contract signing through to operational go-live, supporting early revenue recognition and service adoption. The role is pivotal in facilitating the adoption of the Operation Management System (OMS), introducing tenants to a comprehensive catalogue of value-added services, and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction throughout the enablement journey.This role requires strong process management, stakeholder coordination, and a customer-centric mindset to manage multiple simultaneous onboarding projects across diverse pavilion types. The Senior Specialist will collaborate with internal teams and external tenants to optimize onboarding processes, resolve challenges, and support the growth team in maximizing service uptake. Success in this role directly contributes to the rapid activation of the Food Hub market, throughput acceleration, and transaction fee generation.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

Tenant Onboarding & Enablement

• Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new tenants, ensuring all documentation, compliance, and operational requirements are met.
• Support the Client Enablement Manager in managing high volumes of simultaneous onboarding projects across multiple pavilion types.
• Guide tenants through the transition from contract signing to unit handover and operational go-live.
  
  

Operation Management System (OMS) Facilitation

• Assist tenants in the adoption and effective use of the OMS platform, providing training and troubleshooting support as needed.
• Monitor OMS onboarding progress and escalate issues to the Client Enablement Manager for timely resolution.
• Gather tenant feedback on OMS usability and collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement and enhancements.
  
  

Service Promotion & Uptake

• Introduce tenants to the full catalogue of value-added services and coordinate with the growth team to drive uptake.
• Identify tenant needs and recommend relevant services to enhance their operational efficiency and satisfaction.
• Track service adoption metrics and report on uptake trends to the Client Enablement Manager.
  
  

Stakeholder & Process Management

• Liaise with internal teams (commercial, IT, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless onboarding and issue resolution.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with tenants, addressing queries and providing proactive support.
• Support process optimization initiatives to improve onboarding efficiency and tenant experience.
  
  

Reporting & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, tenant status, and service adoption.
• Prepare regular reports for the Client Enablement Manager on onboarding progress, challenges, and recommendations.
• Ensure all onboarding activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
  
  

Qualifications

Educational and Technical Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Language Skills:

• English (Mandatory)

Years of Experience: 3

Nature of Experience:

3 years of experience in Client onboarding, enablement, or customer success (preferably in logistics, trade, real estate, or free zones) with experience in licensing requirements.
