Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, integration, and production support of enterprise platforms across Wealth Management, Brokerage, and Investment Banking domains.

The ideal candidate will bring strong techno-functional expertise in trading systems, cloud-native architectures, production reliability, and financial services technology within a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

Wealth & Trading Platforms

• Design and support platforms for wealth management, brokerage, and investment services.
• Work across asset classes including equities, bonds, funds, retirement products, and digital assets.
• Support end-to-end trade lifecycle processes including order capture, execution, settlement, custody, and reporting.
• Contribute to robo-advisory, portfolio lifecycle management, and digital asset initiatives.
  
  

• Design scalable solutions using microservices, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Develop and support applications using Java and/or .NET Core.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
• Deploy and support cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure.
• Apply secure-by-design principles, cybersecurity controls, and data privacy standards.
  
  

• Participate in 24×7 support for mission-critical systems.
• Troubleshoot production issues across applications, databases, and infrastructure.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Build dashboards and monitoring solutions for system health and performance.
  
  

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and automation initiatives.
• Use Docker and Kubernetes for orchestration and deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Risk, Compliance, and Infrastructure teams.
  
  

• Strong experience in wealth management and brokerage platforms
• Expertise in microservices, APIs, cloud platforms, and distributed systems
• Hands-on production support and troubleshooting experience
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC banking regulations is preferred
• Exposure to digital assets or virtual asset platforms is a plus
