Senior Solution Architect M F D

A national financial services initiative focused on strengthening the financial ecosystem through innovation, data‑driven insights, and advanced digital solutions. The organization is currently seeking a Senior Solution Architect to design and lead large‑scale, secure financial platforms supporting government entities, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of end‑to‑end solution architecture, including blueprints, design specifications, and target/reference architectures.
• Design secure, scalable financial‑grade platforms covering payments, settlements, regulatory reporting, and related market‑infrastructure workflows.
• Translate regulatory, financial, and business requirements into actionable technical designs in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Ensure solutions embed robust controls such as reconciliation, transaction integrity, risk/fraud detection, and audit readiness.
• Oversee architecture governance, technical documentation, and design reviews with internal stakeholders and industry partners.
• Guide engineering teams throughout delivery cycles, ensuring alignment to architectural standards, compliance expectations, and operational resilience.
  
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 8–12+ years of experience in solution or enterprise architecture within financial services or regulated environments.
• Proven expertise designing high‑availability platforms, distributed systems, and secure integration patterns across complex ecosystems.
• Strong knowledge of financial workflows such as payments, settlements, post‑trade processes, risk analytics, or compliance systems.
• Experience implementing security‑by‑design principles, identity and access controls, data protection, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for senior audiences.
