The Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager / Associate Director Sales – Government to lead strategic sales initiatives within the government sector. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships, and positioning Hyatt as the preferred hospitality partner for government clients.

Qualifications
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience in hospitality within the Abu Dhabi market.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing key accounts.
Fluency in Arabic and English to effectively engage with government stakeholders and clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead with care, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
