The Senior Relationship Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, focused on nurturing and expanding client relationships to achieve long-term strategic goals. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic plans to clients.

  • Train and mentor junior staff on relationship management best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in relationship management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and ability to analyze market data effectively.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
