Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate business reports and analysis for senior management reviews.

  • Monitor market trends and keep abreast of competitor offerings and strategies.
  • Train and mentor junior relationship managers to enhance team performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize company profits and client benefits.

  • Implement client retention strategies to prevent business attrition.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for business development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar client relationship role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing high-value client accounts.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed market analysis.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and client management tools is highly preferred.
