Senior Quality Engineer (Procurement)

Abu Dhabi

We are looking for PMC Senior Quality Engineer (Procurement) with 15 years of experience to be based in Abu Dhabi for an onshore LNG project.

Ensure that all procured equipment and materials meet project specifications, international standards (ASME, API, ASTM, IEC, etc.), and client quality requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor the Procurement Quality Surveillance Plan (PQSP) in coordination with the PMC QA/QC and Procurement teams. Review and approve vendor quality documents

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 15 years of quality engineering experience, with at least 5 years in procurement/vendor inspection for LNG, LPG, or oil & gas megaprojects.
  • Strong understanding of codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, IEC).
  • Prior experience in a PMC or EPC environment is preferred.
  • Certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is an advantage.
  • Excellent skills in inspection coordination, documentation review, and vendor management.
