Senior QA QC Engineer Mechanical Offshore

#Penspen is urgently looking for Senior QA/QC Engineer (Mechanical) Offshore for one of our Offshore PMC projects in UAE.

Qualification Required

• The candidates should have an Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
  
  

• Implement and monitor the Project Quality Management System in compliance with client, company, and international standards.
• Oversee inspection and testing activities (welding, NDT, coating, piping, structural) for offshore works.
• Review and approve ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with construction, fabrication yards, and offshore teams to resolve quality issues and NCRs.
• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, ISO, and offshore safety/quality requirements during fabrication and installation.
  

• Minimum 15 to 18+ years in mechanical QA/QC experience in offshore Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of Welding Engineering, NDE Method, Mechanical equipment standards, offshore construction quality
• Proven track record in PMC or client-side roles, especially within ADNOC or similar environments
• Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage.
• Certifications preferred: CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS CWI/ ASNT Level II/III/ API 510/570/653 (advantage)
