Senior Property Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Consultant to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role is ideal for confident sales professionals who are driven by high earnings and have a strong background in real estate. The company provides qualified, company-generated leads, allowing you to focus on closing high-value deals.


Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert company-generated leads into successful sales
  
• Advise clients on property investment opportunities in the UAE market
  
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings (virtual & in-person)
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients
  
• Negotiate and close high-value real estate transactions
  
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and new developments
  
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  
  
  
  

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE real estate sales
  
• Proven track record of closing property deals
  
• Strong knowledge of the UAE property market
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
  
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
