Job Description

As a Senior Property Consultant at our esteemed real estate firm, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the process of purchasing, selling, or renting properties. Your expertise in the market and ability to build trusted relationships will be crucial in helping clients make informed decisions about their real estate investments. You will be expected to navigate the complexities of property transactions with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring that both our company’s and the clients’ objectives are met. Working closely with buyers, sellers, and landlords, you will deliver comprehensive real estate services and expert advice to ensure satisfying outcomes. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to provide high-quality customer service.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with high-potential clients and properties.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about the latest trends and property values.
  • Guide clients through property buying, selling, or renting processes with utmost professionalism.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve optimal results for clients and company.

  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team training and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • At least five years of experience in property consultancy or real estate sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing high-value property transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a client-centric approach to business dealings.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
