Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of properties, helping clients buy, sell, and rent real estate in an efficiently driven market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, building strong client relationships, and providing expert guidance on property investments. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will lead negotiations and provide strategic advice, ensuring the best outcomes for our clients. Your ability to stay ahead of market trends and adapt strategies accordingly will be instrumental in driving business success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of properties for leasing and purchasing.
  • Analyze market trends to provide clients with informed property investment advice.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare detailed property reports, including market analysis and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate property viewings and negotiations with prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote properties through advertising and media.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate policies, obligations, and regulations.
  • Coach and mentor junior consultants to maximize their development and sales potential.
  • Attend industry events and network to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct negotiations with prospective buyers, tenants, and property owners.
  • Document and execute all sales contracts and relevant paperwork accurately.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving client issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years' experience as a property consultant or similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of property sales process and local real estate market.
  • Certified professional credentials in real estate will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
