Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will be responsible for offering expert advice and guidance to clients on property investment opportunities, market trends, and property management strategies. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients make informed decisions related to buying, selling, or leasing properties. This position requires a profound understanding of the real estate market, exceptional negotiation skills, and a client-focused mindset. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and recommendations on property investment opportunities.

  • Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years' experience as a Property Consultant.
  • Proven track record of successful property transactions and client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the local property market and investment strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment.
  • Proficiency in real estate management software and digital marketing tools.
