The Opportunity

Presight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to serve as the strategic point of accountability across the full client relationship — from initial engagement scoping and value definition through delivery, adoption, and long-term impact. This is a senior leadership role that goes well beyond managing timelines and budgets: you will shape how engagements are structured, advise C-suite and executive stakeholders, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure every initiative delivers measurable business outcomes. You will be Presight’s most senior client-facing representative on your engagements, combining delivery excellence with commercial acumen and the ability to turn ambiguous challenges into clear, high-impact roadmaps.

This role serves as the primary strategic liaison between Presight and its clients — owning the relationship at the executive level, driving commercial growth within accounts, and ensuring that every engagement delivers value that goes beyond the original scope. You will also act as a senior voice internally, mentoring delivery teams and elevating standards across the practice.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Shape Presight’s growth by serving as the senior point of accountability for complex, multi-workstream client engagements — from initial scoping and value definition through delivery, adoption, and long-term impact measurement. You will lead cross-functional teams, advise senior client leadership, and drive outcomes that define Presight’s reputation.

Functional

• Own the full engagement lifecycle — from shaping scope and mobilising teams to delivery, adoption, and post-implementation value realisation, with full accountability for client outcomes and commercial results.
• Serve as the senior strategic point of contact for executive sponsors and C-suite stakeholders, building trusted advisor relationships that extend well beyond the immediate project scope.
• Lead discovery workshops and structured problem-solving sessions to define client needs, articulate AI use cases, and translate ambiguous challenges into clear, prioritised delivery roadmaps.
• Take ownership of engagement P&L, proactively managing budget, resource allocation, burn rates, and identifying opportunities to grow account value through expanded scope and follow-on work.
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery teams (Business Analysts, Engineering, Data Science, QA, DevOps) ensuring seamless collaboration, clear ownership, and consistent delivery velocity across all workstreams.
• Drive alignment across business and technology stakeholders at all levels — navigating competing priorities and organisational dynamics with diplomacy, conviction, and a clear focus on outcomes.
• Proactively identify, quantify, and mitigate delivery risks before they materialise — escalating early with clearly framed options and recommended paths forward.
• Shape and present executive-level narratives, business cases, and steering committee communications tailored to C-suite and General Manager audiences — including regular executive briefings and milestone reviews.
• Drive Presight product adoption by leading the full implementation journey — from onboarding and configuration through change management, user enablement, and sustained value realisation post go-live.
• Leverage deep technical acumen to lead substantive discussions on system architecture trade-offs, AI model performance, incident response, and solution scalability — bridging client expectations and engineering reality.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and Business Analysts within the team, elevating delivery quality across the practice and contributing to Presight’s broader capability-building agenda.
• Track and communicate post-implementation value realisation — measuring KPIs against agreed success criteria, gathering executive feedback, and identifying opportunities for follow-on impact and account growth.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance policies, procedures, and related risk assessments.
  
  

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a quantitative discipline. Degrees in Business Administration or Management Information Systems are equally considered. A technical background is a strong advantage.
• 10-12 years of experience in project and programme management, with at least 5 years leading complex, senior client-facing engagements in consulting, professional services, or AI/analytics delivery organisations.
• Demonstrated track record of end-to-end engagement ownership with full accountability for client outcomes, team performance, and P&L results.
• Strong technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers, architects, and data scientists, and to navigate solution trade-offs in AI and analytics contexts.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills — able to craft compelling narratives, facilitate senior workshops, and present to C-suite audiences with clarity and confidence.
• Strong commercial instincts with experience managing engagement budgets, forecasting, and identifying opportunities to grow client accounts.
• PMP certification from PMI — required. PgMP, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications are a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in government, public sector, or regulated industries is highly desirable. Background in IT or finance is an advantage.
• Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
