Senior Project & Account Manager

On-site | Abu Dhabi

As a Senior Project & Account Manager, youll lead strategic initiatives that drive significant business impact for our customers. Beyond traditional execution, you will act as a trusted adviser, helping clients unlock the full potential of our products while ensuring projects remain on track. This role requires a blend of high-level commercial nous, project rigour, and the ability to foster deep, productive relationships with senior stakeholders to identify and nurture new growth opportunities.



Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Customer Partnership


  • Act as a trusted adviser to the client, moving beyond execution to help them understand and realize the long-term value and potential of the product.
  • Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with key customer stakeholders, ensuring high levels of alignment and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for new engagements or revenue streams by deeply understanding the client’s business challenges and strategic goals.
  • Bridge the gap between technical delivery and business value, ensuring the client views the partnership as a strategic asset.



Project Delivery & Commercial Execution


  • Own the full delivery lifecycle, from scoping and planning to post-go-live stabilization, ensuring all SOW commitments are met or exceeded.
  • Maintain a sharp commercial focus, managing project budgets, resource allocation, and change control to protect margins and drive efficiency.
  • Keep projects on track through rigorous planning, RAID management, and proactive milestone tracking.
  • Establish and lead executive governance (Steering Committees, Business Reviews) that focuses on both health metrics and strategic outcomes.



Risk, Scope & Quality Advocacy


  • Proactively identify risks and blockers, leading resolution strategies that protect the client’s timeline and our commercial interests.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments to build consensus and drive decision-making.
  • Manage scope with commercial sensitivity, guiding stakeholders through change-control processes while identifying where scope expansion adds genuine value.



Experience & Skills


Required:


  • 4 – 7+ years of experience in project management or delivery, with a significant portion spent within a consulting or professional services firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project P&L, identify up-sell opportunities, and negotiate scope changes effectively.
  • Exceptional ability to build rapport and influence at the C-suite and Director level.
  • Experience delivering complex SaaS, AI, data, or automation projects, with the ability to translate technical potential into business outcomes.
  • Strong command of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, tailored to meet specific client needs.



Nice to Have:


  • Background in Customer Success or Business Development.
  • Experience in enterprise-scale workflow automation or digital transformation.
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ScrumMaster) or a background in business strategy.
