Senior Program Consultant

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in staffing, talent acquisition or workforce solutions,
• Experience working within MSP, VMS or contingent workforce programs,
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnering skills,
• Knowledge of workforce solutions, supplier management and contingent labor strategies,
• Experience with VMS platforms such as Beeline, Fieldglass or similar,
• Fluent English communication skills,
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,

What you'll do:

• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective talent acquisition strategies,
• Provide market intelligence and compensation insights,
• Manage the end-to-end requisition lifecycle through VMS platforms,
• Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and key stakeholders,
• Drive supplier performance, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives,
• Mentor team members and support program success across the business,
