The Project

Mace is supporting the delivery of a large‑scale, next‑generation digital infrastructure programme in the region, working alongside a leading developer in the data centre sector. The project brings together complex design coordination, fast‑paced delivery and rigorous governance to meet the demands of a mission‑critical environment. Our team is applying global best practice in programme, project and commercial management to help shape resilient, future‑ready infrastructure at scale.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leads the application of planning and scheduling methods, tools and techniques across complex projects.
• Applies strong knowledge of planning, EVM and project controls to drive performance and insight.
• Communicates effectively with clients, project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Interprets complex requirements, providing clear analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Leads and develops a team of planning professionals, supporting capability growth and high‑quality delivery.
• Influences clients to adopt proposals and recommendations that enhance project outcomes.
• Undertakes tasks required to meet project and programme delivery commitments.
• Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree or equivalent experience in construction, programme, project or commercial management.
• Working towards chartered status with a recognised professional body.
• Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates is essential for client approval.
