As a Senior Officer in Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organization’s recruitment strategies to meet our ambitious growth and talent acquisition goals. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full cycle recruitment process from talent sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job profiles.
  • Implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in the market.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies to enhance candidate pipeline quality.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract and retain qualified candidates.
  • Stay current with industry trends to ensure a competitive recruitment approach.
  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Proven track record in managing full cycle recruitment processes effectively.
  • Strong understanding of current recruiting trends and best practices in the industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and build consensus with senior business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
