Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers across departments.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Develop and manage talent pipelines to support future recruitment needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment of recruitment processes with overall HR strategies.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication and feedback mechanisms.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on hiring trends.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies and consultancies as necessary to fulfill hiring goals.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to facilitate seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Participate in employer branding efforts to enhance visibility and attractiveness in the job market.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labor market changes to adjust recruitment practices accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a senior role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment projects and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
