We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading and executing full-cycle recruiting processes to attract top talent for our organization. You will leverage your expertise in talent acquisition to drive strategies that align with our business goals. Working closely with hiring managers and department heads, you will help shape our recruitment framework and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize various platforms and networks to source potential candidates effectively.
  • Conduct interviews and guide hiring managers through the selection process.
  • Build strong relationships with universities and professional associations for recruitment.
  • Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Manage and update recruitment databases and online job postings regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Foster an inclusive recruitment process that promotes diversity within the organization.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members to enhance recruitment efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with recruitment in diverse industries and roles across various levels.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, compliance regulations, and best recruitment practices.
