Job Description

As a Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for leading recruitment initiatives, developing sourcing strategies, and building a robust talent pipeline to meet the organization's current and future workforce needs. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment processes, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. You will work closely with human resources and department heads to ensure that our talent acquisition strategies align with our overall business goals, ensuring that we continue to attract top-tier talent who contribute to the company's success and growth.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and sourcing.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize digital and traditional recruitment channels to maximize outreach and diversity.
  • Conduct confidential and thorough candidate assessments and reference checks.
  • Collaborate with HR and department leaders to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Stay informed of trends and innovations in talent acquisition and recruitment best practices.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Negotiate employment offers, aligning with compensation guidelines and candidate expectations.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a strategic focus.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse workforce.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across departments.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition tools.
