Since its inception in 2010, National Reference Laboratory (NRL) has expanded from a single standalone reference laboratory to a network of 12 state-of-the-art facilities across the United Arab Emirates. NRL provides world-class diagnostic services to the M42 network and partners with more than 250 clients from a wide range of market segments, including private and government hospitals, medical centers and clinics, corporate organizations, and other reference laboratories.

The Senior Officer, Sales Support plays a key role in enabling the success of the Business Development team by providing operational, administrative, and coordination support. This position works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development and Sales teams.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support sales activities and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, contracts, client databases, and documentation.
  • Ensure timely processing of sales approvals, memos, and related requests.
  • Assist in preparing and managing sales proposals, contracts, and other commercial documentation.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Support the management of the sales pipeline and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Allied Health Sciences is an advantage).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or business development coordination.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or medical sector is preferred.
