We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Media Planner to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive media plans that elevate our brand presence and drive business objectives. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the media landscape to identify the best channels for our advertising strategies. Your expertise will help optimize media investments to ensure maximum return on investment. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of success in media planning, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills. As a Senior Media Planner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align media strategies with broader campaign goals, ensuring cohesive and impactful communication across all platforms.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform media strategies.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and evaluate media channels for optimal reach and engagement.
  • Manage relationships with media vendors and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize future media buys.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on media strategy and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging media technologies.
  • Lead training sessions to enhance team members’ understanding of media planning tools.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor media plans accordingly.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to manage budgets and follow financial guidelines.
  • Resolve any issues related to media executions and campaign launches efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media planning or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency in media planning software and digital marketing tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate media strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing large media budgets.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
