Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to strengthen the COO Office’s capacity to design and drive high-priority transformational and commercial initiatives across Presight. As the organization scales, there is an increasing need for senior strategic horsepower to translate leadership priorities into structured, executable programs.

The Senior Strategy Manager will provide experienced consulting-grade support to complex cross-functional initiatives, operating model evolution, and enterprise performance improvement efforts, ensuring initiatives are delivered with the rigor, speed, and quality expected.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Strategy Manager will play a central role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives, with responsibilities including:

• Leading workstreams across corporate strategy, operating model design, and transformation programs
• Driving operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives across business units
• Supporting commercial and growth strategy efforts
• Structuring and coordinating complex, cross-functional transformation programs
• Translating leadership priorities into detailed workplans, governance, and execution roadmaps
• Preparing executive-level materials and supporting senior decision-making forums
• Acting as a key interface between BUs.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, economics, business, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required
  
  

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting firms (MBB or equivalent strategy consulting firms preferred)
• Strong experience in corporate strategy, operating model design, operational excellence, or commercial strategy projects
• Experience working on digital transformation, technology transformation, or data/AI-related initiatives
• Experience managing workstreams and interacting with senior client stakeholders
• Comfortable working in fast-growing, dynamic environments
• Experience in technology, AI, analytics, or platform-based businesses is a strong plus
