Reporting to Vice President – Legal, the role shall be primarily responsible for providing timely and pragmatic legal support across the business (both for corporate office functions and healthcare facilities) to ensure the business can pursue dynamic and commercially effective outcomes, while always ensuring compliance with industry leading legal and governance practices. Furthermore, shall take ownership of solving legal issues; provide timely, succinct, clear and accurate advice and legal documentatio

n.
The Legal department advises the business across a wide range of legal issues including contract review and negotiation, regulatory developments and dispute resolution.
