The Opportunity:
Looking for a market-savvy, qualified Senior Manager Business Development to deliver industry leading sales performance via expansion into critical regional & global markets and delivering revenue growth, profitability & market development in keeping with Presight AI strategic objectives. To spearhead the growth and performance of Presight and be a key contributor to the evolution of their innovative, industry-leading solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Manager Business Development, you will be responsible for implementing go-to-market sales and business development strategies at Presight. Playing a critical role in helping the team achieve our customer acquisition and revenue goals, you will work directly with our growing Business Development team to expand the Presight footprint.
Functional
- Align with Business Development leadership on the set if assigned accounts.
- Oversees the contractual agreements with client entities.
- Plan and oversee the execution of demand generation activities and early identification of opportunities in the assigned accounts.
- Find, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities at Presight’s strategic accounts, seeking growth that builds upon or expands beyond where we are today.
- Proper handover of the won opportunities contracted to the delivery teams.
- Accountable for penetrating and building an active customer base in the set of assigned accounts.
- Write and manage proposals in collaboration with multiple internal teams to showcase our products to proposal evaluators, customer leadership, and other audiences.
- Help in identifying product and service gaps within the product portfolio based on market feedback.
- Accountable for Sales Forecasts and end to end opportunity management for the assigned set of accounts.
- Maintain and update annual account plan for the assigned accounts.
- Close integration with the Ecosystems partner team to fortify the offerings and delivery capabilities as seen by the market.
- Provide inputs to marketing on the needed marketing activities for the assigned accounts.
- Provide timely feedback to the management on the progress of the work and any movement in the market landscape.
- Provides intelligence to the Business Development leadership on competition moves.
- Impact market segment share by acquiring and onboarding new customers.
- Maintain a strong lead funnel of large and enterprise customers, pitch offerings to CXOs and crack deals with as partner of choice to receive global payments and Check-Out options.
- Ability to explore new business segments and define GTM for the same.
- Generate and achieve monthly region/segment forecasts and exceed targets in areas of # of clients and GMV from our direct business.
- Drive below the line activities to augment customer acquisitions and represent in industry forums to drive awareness.
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions for services in coordination with the marketing team.
- Regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, international standards and related Presight Policies and Procedures.
- Comply with Presight Acceptable Use Policy, attend mandatory information security, privacy, business continuity and HSE trainings.
- Report information security, HSE etc. incidents or suspect incidents through Presight established incident reporting channels.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and classify and handle information ad per Presight Policies and Procedures.
- In coordination with Presight leadership, develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growing the company's presence in a current customer account, focused on a single or very limited number of customers.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities, working closely with Presight counterparts to determine goals and targets.
- Adequately represent Presight in front of the customer.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business operations, Information Technology or equivalent field.
- 12+ years of business development, service and/or solution sales, account management experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B/Enterprise sales. Should have exposure to strategic planning, general management, and people leadership skills. Proven Business Development or Inside sales experience.
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
