Key Accountabilities

Ensure all legal documentation, fund/DPM structures, and investment contracts comply with UAE and international regulations
Work closely with compliance, risk, and finance teams to assess legal risks
Lead interactions with regional and international regulators
Develop legal frameworks to enhanc e governance and legal compliance
Support dispute resolution and litigation matters related to investments and corporate governance. Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM)
