Senior L3 Technical Support Specialist

This is a critical role within our IT team, requiring direct access to Azure environments and Fortinet firewalls. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in L3 Technical Support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and troubleshoot complex issues in Azure environments.

Configure and maintain Fortinet firewalls.

Provide expert-level support to internal teams and clients.

Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure system reliability and security.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of L3 Technical Support experience.

Strong knowledge of Azure and Fortinet technologies.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
