Senior L3 Technical Support Specialist


This is a critical role within our IT team, requiring direct access to Azure environments and Fortinet firewalls. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in L3 Technical Support.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and troubleshoot complex issues in Azure environments.

  • Configure and maintain Fortinet firewalls.

  • Provide expert-level support to internal teams and clients.

  • Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure system reliability and security.


Requirements:



  • Minimum 5 years of L3 Technical Support experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Azure and Fortinet technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
