Senior Internal Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, development, and implementation of roads infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Key duties will include collaborating with stakeholders, such as engineers, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling project activities, conducting risk assessments, and providing regular progress reports to senior management. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing road infrastructure projects, excellent leadership skills, and a strong ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure. A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required, along with PMP certification and a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the roads infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans for road infrastructure projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders such as government agencies, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Oversee the construction phase of road infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Lead project meetings, communicate with team members and stakeholders, and provide regular updates on project status.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure work is being carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle, utilizing problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Collaborate with design professionals to review and approve project designs, making recommendations for improvements when necessary.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
