Senior Interface Engineer-Offshore

Penspen is urgently looking to hire Senior Interface Engineer - Offshore is responsible for managing technical and operational interfaces between offshore construction teams, contractors, engineering disciplines, vendors, and project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interfaces across engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Identify, track, and resolve interface issues at the offshore site.
• Maintain interface registers, action logs, and progress reports.
• Facilitate coordination meetings with contractors and project teams.
• Ensure work complies with project specifications, schedules, and HSE requirements.
• Escalate interface risks and support timely technical decisions.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 + years of experience in Oil & Gas Construction, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
• Minimum 5+ years of offshore experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of offshore process and utility systems.
• Familiarity with international standards
• PMC and EPC Offshore projects experience will be preferred
• Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
