The Senior Inside Sales Representative 16N25 is an essential part of our dynamic sales team, tasked with driving revenue and market presence through effective sales strategies and customer interactions. The Senior Inside Sales Representative will exhibit strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of sales principles, and a track record of exceeding sales targets. They will take charge in nurturing existing client relationships while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities, ensuring that both individual and organizational sales objectives are met. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Initiate contact and build relationships with prospective clients through phone and digital channels.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and propose customized solutions for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation activities and campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals to potential clients effectively.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on sales performance regularly.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the product development team regarding customer needs and demands.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any service issues.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of inside sales experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, for managing sales activities and pipeline.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to utilize data to inform sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of resilience and adaptability in overcoming challenges and objections.
