The Senior Inside Sales Representative is a crucial role in driving the revenue growth of our organization by selling products or services to existing and potential customers, primarily over the phone and through digital communication channels. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and follow-up.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to increase loyalty.
  • Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet individual and team targets.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to maximize revenue.

  • Mentor and support junior sales associates to enhance their sales skills.

  • Participate in sales training and workshops to enhance selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite for daily operations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively is essential.
