What You Need To Know

The Senior HR Administrator works to support HR Business Partner and line managers. You will use your range of skills and competencies and make a genuine contribution to the organisation’s success on activities and projects.

Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)

  • Provide daily HR support and policy guidance to employees and managers at the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices, addressing workplace and employee wellbeing matters.
  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including mobilisation, onboarding, orientation, probation tracking, contract renewals and offboarding.
  • Handle personnel administration, including preparation of HR-related letters and contractual documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, contract amendments, promotions, etc., and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Assist in payroll input by gathering necessary data (e.g., attendance, leave records, overtime) and coordinating with the payroll team to ensure accurate data submission.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Support performance management cycles, competency and succession planning programmes.
  • Participate in HR projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
  • Prepare HR reports, support audits, and manage required reporting to management and public authorities.
  • Co-ordinate government related documentation and compliance processes, including OPTIMA, LOA, CICPA, and CNIA passes, and provide back up support to the PRO by liasing with authorities and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Coordinate employee and dependent medical and life insurance administrstion, includingenrolments, deletions, policy updates, and liason with providers regarding claims and coverage queries.
  • Co-ordinate business travel arrangements and related visa documentation for UAE employees and global visitors to the UAE.
  • Perform any other duties as directed from time to time.

Essential

Skills & Experience

  • Relevant education in HR, administration, or similar fields.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in an organisation with multiple locations.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor law and HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Oral and written English communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Human Resource Management degree or diploma (or working towards)
  • Previous experience working with D365, SharePoint, Teams and Power BI reporting tools.
