As we continue to expand our Financial Institutions franchise, we are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Senior Head of Structured Credit Solutions & Financial Institutions Sales to lead strategic client engagement, drive revenue growth and strengthen ADCB's position as a trusted partner to banks, asset managers, sovereign entities, insurance companies and other financial institutions.

This is a high-profile leadership role focused on origination, client coverage and solution-based selling across structured credit, derivatives and balance sheet solutions.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and growing ADCB's Structured Credit Solutions and Financial Institutions Sales platform, developing deep client relationships and delivering innovative financing and risk management solutions that address complex client needs while generating sustainable revenue growth.

The role requires a proven sales leader with strong market credibility, extensive client networks and a track record of originating and executing high-value structured transactions across Financial Institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Generation

• Lead the growth of ADCB's Financial Institutions Sales franchise through proactive client acquisition, relationship expansion and revenue generation.
• Originate, structure and execute complex financing, credit and risk management solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Develop strategic account plans for key Financial Institution clients and identify opportunities to deepen wallet share.
• Drive cross-selling of ADCB's capabilities across financing, treasury, markets and investment banking products.
• Build and maintain senior-level relationships with decision-makers across banks, asset managers, insurance companies, sovereign entities and financial sponsors.

Structured Credit & Solutions Origination

• Lead the origination and commercialization of structured credit and financing solutions across targeted client segments.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to design bespoke solutions that address funding, capital, liquidity and risk management objectives.
• Identify emerging market opportunities and develop innovative products and structures that enhance ADCB's competitive positioning.
• Negotiate commercial terms and lead transaction discussions from origination through execution.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Financial Institutions Sales, Structured Credit, Capital Markets, Credit Solutions or Institutional Coverage.
• Demonstrated success in originating and closing complex financing and structured credit transactions.
• Strong understanding of credit markets, derivatives, financing structures and institutional client requirements.
• Proven ability to build and manage senior client relationships and deliver meaningful revenue growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation, influencing and presentation skills.
• Established network across Financial Institutions within the UAE, GCC and international markets.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and driving business growth strategies.
