The Senior Financial Analyst is a crucial part of our finance team, responsible for providing in-depth financial analysis, forecasting, and strategy to support the company's financial goals and decision-making processes. This role requires an analytical and strategic thinker with a strong background in finance or accounting, capable of interpreting complex financial data to provide insights and recommendations. The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with senior management and other departments to analyze business operations, identify trends, and develop financial models to improve performance and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support business decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models that forecast company performance and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and use of spreadsheets and software tools.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting findings to senior management clearly.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects or tasks concurrently.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software is preferred.
