The Senior Financial Analyst position is a key role within our finance department, responsible for providing insightful financial analyses and strategic guidance to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes, as well as a strong grasp of accounting principles. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support various financial analyses.
• Coordinate and prepare annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
• Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive leadership.
• Collaborate closely with departmental leaders to ensure alignment of financial objectives.
• Assist in the preparation of Board presentations and other investor communications.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic business initiatives.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary financial documentation and insights.
• Enhance and streamline financial reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Mentor junior finance team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills needed.
• Demonstrated experience with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience with financial software and ERP systems will be advantageous.
