A Senior Finance Analyst is a crucial member of the finance team, responsible for steering the financial analysis processes and offering insight into financial performance that supports strategic decision-making. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills essential.
  • Strong proficiency with financial software and advanced Excel skills required.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to present complex ideas simply.
  • Ability to work efficiently, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role with significant financial oversight responsibility.
  • Knowledge of industry-related financial regulations and compliance parameters.
