Senior Estimation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for infrastructure and Building projects (roads, bridges, utilities, rail, Industrial Buildings).
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope.
• Develop and verify BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
• Perform rate analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontract works.
• Lead bid preparation, pricing, and submission within deadlines.
• Conduct cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting for projects.
• Perform value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements.
• Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations.
• Negotiate rates and finalize cost-effective procurement strategies.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams during bidding.
• Prepare estimation reports, bid summaries, and management presentations.
• Present cost analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  
  
  

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or any other related Field.
• Minimum 8–15 years of experience in construction industry.
• Min 4+ years experience as senior Estimation Engineer.
• Proven experience in Infrastructure Projects.
• Strong knowledge of Cost Estimation & Cost Planning, BOQ preparation & Quantity Take-off, Tendering & Bid Management, Rate Analysis.
